Taking part in physical activity is not just an important way to look after your physical wellbeing! There are a number of other benefits to taking part in daily activity, including:

Recreational sport - ¾Ã¾Ã¾«Æ·active
¾Ã¾Ã¾«Æ·active is a free programme that runs throughout the academic year and is open to all students at ¾Ã¾Ã¾«Æ·. The timetable includes a range of free sport and fitness sessions, from basketball to Zumba, there is something for everyone. ¾Ã¾Ã¾«Æ·active is working to create safe and fun opportunities for students in the upcoming academic year. The programme will continue to ensure that you can look after your wellbeing, stay healthy, meet new people and try new activities. Sessions will run face-to-face where possible in line with Government advice, however if this is not possible there will be an online provision in place.
